In 1993, Yogesh Patkar formed the Pacemakers Academy to share the love of dancing with friends and fellow dance enthusiasts, in the buzzing metropolis of Dombivli. Yogesh wished that every person, who enjoyed the beautiful sensation of free-form dancing, should explore dance - as an art-form of living life.
Soon after, training and grooming instructors, to spread the passion for dance became the raison d'être - 'reason to be' for Yogesh's Pacemakers Academy. The Academy set a new pace in the cultural churns of youth, toddlers, young and not-so-young (aka old) alike. With every passing year, the joy of dancing -to any and every tune- spread rapidly across Dombivli and its neighbourhood - Kalyan and Thane.
It is with just pride, Yogesh applauds the illustrious alumni of Pacemakers Academy. Alumni who have today emerged as performing stars in their own right! Alumni who have created their own training centers, for their respective genres! Or the majority of them who continue to explore dance, albeit, in a nostalgic way. A true testimony to the 'visionary' journey of Pacemakers Academy, since 1993.

My self Anuj R.Yadav Today I glad To share My most fantastic 8 years journey with pacemaker. I am glad when i decided To joint pacemaker and I learned many things during the class and I have achieved many things from pacemakers. Pacemakers gave me the opportunity to perform with the biggest star of industry like Salman khan ,GANESH ACHARYA, Govind and many more other Marathi Siperstar too.
As i joint this class when i was 6 years old in 2006 as my first expirence was in an boro plus ad with kareena kapoor i was exicted for my first step but this was my first apportunite by yogesh patkar sir as i think at that time i was not worthy for it but still i had got to do it to prove myself. As i grew bigger my batches started to change, i had been shifting in higher level due to my improvement seen by my main guru yogesh patkar.
When I had joined I was in regular batch, after two talent hunts and one miracle there was improvement in my dancing. Later on I was shifted to the special batch. I also got to learn different styles of dancing and got many opportunities to do many stage shows. I was part of the Pacemakers Girls group which went for DID and also I got the chance to perform in reality shows like Comedy Nights with Kapil.
